Hope for Employment?

In the last few years, the US has seen its unemployment skyrocket. After the economic crises in 2008, everyone from post grad students to established professionals saw themselves getting laid off. However, there seems to be a resurgence of employment for young professionals. Could employment for workers ages 16-24 continue to see an upward trend in the next few years?
