Women LFP

The dishwasher and washing machine had been invented far before the 1930s. Women's work force numbers increased in the 1930s. I think it is interesting to note that around that time electricity was becoming more common in house holds. As a result of time and electric households the dishwasher and washing machine became more common in households. The chores of washing dishes and washing was traditionally reserved for the women of the household; with out these machines they were often long, tedious processes. When these machines became more available in the households, all of a sudden women had a lot more time on their hands. This was just around the time when we saw a large increase in women in the workforce.
