Lessons from the Great Depression

This interesting article by Robyn Jackson draws parallels between the Great Depression, and today's "Great Recession." Thankfully, today's recession in the United States is not nearly as devastating as the Depression in the 30's. Still, there are lessons to be learned from that time. For example, the author stresses the importance of saving when you can, frugality, fixing what you have, and most importantly, being thankful. (I thought this was extremely appropriate since tomorrow is Thanksgiving :)
