Overregulation Not An Issue U.S. Companies

Governor Rick Perry of Texas argues that U.S. companies are outsourcing work abroad because of overregulation rather than cheap labor. The reason why this is wrong is because The World Bank has ranked America 4th in ease of doing business, way above India and mainland China. The U.S. is a much better place to run a business.
